The Cardlock Stations

Pacific Pride's Fueling stations are clean, modern, well lit, and they're always open - 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This means there is no time lost searching for fuel on weekends or after hours. Your drivers have easy in-and-out access at our cardlock stations. There are seldom any lines at our cardlock stations as well because we serve only our commercial fuel customers - our Frequent Fuelers.

Every driver or vehicle in your fleet is issued a network Access Card encoded with billing and security numbers, product access, and information specific to the individual customer. It's like an automated bank teller card that specifically works at our cardlock locations. This helps you take control over the buying practices of your drivers and thus controls your fuel costs and saves you money. There are no lost receipts or unauthorized purchases to worry about.

Unlike major oil company bank credit cards, Pacific Pride cardlock cards can only be used to purchase fuel or motor oil. This increases purchasing control and reduces cash outflow to cover fueling expenses. Thanks to Pacific Pride accountability and cardlock controls, you should realize significant long term savings. How the Card-Lock System Works

Step 1: Every driver or vehicle in your fleet is issued a cardlock network Access Card encoded with billing and security numbers, product access and information specific to the individual customer.

Step 2: You insert the card and enter the purchase information. Then you simply select the grade of fuel you want. All cardlock servoce stations have at least three kinds of fuel, including diesel.

Step 3: You can also use your card to purchase motor oil. Auxiliary supplies include air, water, and window cleaning equipment. At some cardlock locations scales and truck washing equipment are available.
